Lipid kinases are one of the most promising new classes of potential drug targets. PI3 kinases regulate a wide variety of cellular functions, including cell growth, proliferation, differentiation, motility, survival, and intracellular trafficking. As a result, defects in PI3 kinase function lead to multiple disease states, including several forms of cancer.
Combined with Millipore’s PI3 Kinase HTRF Assay, KinaseProfiler service, and small-molecule inhibitors, the expanded lipid kinase panel provides researchers with the most complete solution to studying lipid kinase signaling. The new lipid kinase panel includes both wild type and disease-linked mutants.
