KF Coulometric Titrator for Trace Water Level Content

By Drug Discovery Trends Editor | April 8, 2013

JM Science AQUACOUNTER Karl Fischer Coulometric TitratorJM Science announces their new AQUACOUNTER Karl Fischer Coulometric Titrator (AQ-2200S). This titrator is ideal for the trace level water content determination with its capability and upgraded performance. It will be of interest for users who have many kinds of samples to be analyzed, exchange KF reagents frequently, or after each measurement, and are eco-minded and budget-conscious. The titrator allows two titration stations to run parallel with various coulometric/volumetric combinations. With both a volumetric and coulometric channel, one can measure moisture over the entire range from 1 ppm to 100 percent, or double your sample throughput with two identical KF stations. This design is economical and ecological because it reduces the use of expensive KF reagents. Three types of electrolytic cells are available including small volume, standard and one-room cell. There is an ultra-trace moisture measurement mode equipped in this titrator with an accuracy of ≤10µgH20. The cell design allows for easy assembly and maintenance. The 7.5-inch color touch screen is easy to read and operate. It has enhanced memory capacity and user may store results on a USB flash memory stick. The stored data can be read out on the color display. Result data with curves may be viewed on a PC internet browsing program with optional software. This titrator comes equipped with a built-in thermal printer with easy paper loading and high-resolution printouts. It can be used with peripherals of previous versions.
