Aspectrics manufactures a complete line of Infrared and Near Infrared spectrometers for both at-line and on-line process related applications. The company’s ncoded Photometric Infrared (EP-IR) and Near Infrared (EP-NIR) analyzers offer an alternative to traditional NIR systems, with a spectral range extending further than the common 2100nm and achieving a range of 1375-2750nm.
Aspectrics’ EP-IR technology allows users to monitor their processes in real-time. The company’s patented Encoder Disk technology provides a fast sampling capability of 100 scans/second resulting in multi component analysis. Achieving this fast scan rate and with an extended warranty of ten years on the motor, Aspectrics offers 30 billion scans over the life of the instrument or 10 years of life.
Aspectrics has recently extended its one year warranty on its EP-NIR and EP-IR spectrometers to three years for parts and labor as well as adding a new ten year parts and labor warranty on the encoder disk motor. In addition, the warranties now include all parts and labor for repair at the company’s Pleasanton, Calif. facility.
