Phospho-specific antibodies from AMSBIO are affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal or monoclonal antibodies that are monospecific for a target protein that is phosphorylated on a specific tyrosine, threonine or serine residue.
AMSBIO’s custom phospho-specific polyclonal antibody service includes synthesis of phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated peptides, conjugation to a carrier protein, immunization and anti-sera production. All antibodies are then purified using a two-step immuno-affinity method. The purified phospho-specific antibody is fully characterized using both dot-blot and ELISA techniques to ensure product of the highest consistency and quality.
