Xospata is a prescription medication that is designed to treat adults with acute myeloid leukemia with an FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 mutations when the disease has returned or not improved after other treatments.
Xospata targets the growth of FLT3m+ and AML cells.
Side effects of the pharmaceutical agent include changes in liver function tests, joint or muscle pain, tiredness, fever, pain or sores in mouth or through, swelling of arms or legs, rash, diarrhea, shortness of breath, nausea, cough, constipation, eye problems, headache, dizziness, low blood pressure, vomiting and decreased urination.
