RainDance Technologies, Inc. introduced its Sequence Enrichment Solution for targeted sequencing applications of the human genome.
This solution enables high-resolution analysis of genetic variation between individuals within populations.
The RainDance Sequence Enrichment Solution allows researchers to isolate specific regions of the genome for subsequent sequencing.
The solution consists of the RDT 1000, which incorporates RainStorm microdroplet-based technology to amplify hundreds to thousands of genomic loci; customer-specified DNA primer libraries; plus reagents, consumables, and services that provide a complete workflow solution to be implemented in laboratories.
The solution improves process output and data quality easily, and integrates with all next-generation DNA sequencing platforms, according to the company.
