Control Company’s Traceable, Memory-Card Refrigerator/Freezer Thermometer saves readings from once a minute up to once every 720 minutes on removable, supplied, standard SD memory card. The card plugs into any Windows/Mac USB port for instant reporting to spreadsheets/databases, and captures a continuous stream of sensor readings, dates, and time of day from refrigerators, lab areas, and tests. The unit meets all CDC, federal, and state refrigerator thermometer requirements.
The thermometer captures 5.9 million readings with its 256 removable SD memory card. The sealed GRAS bottle sensor is insulated from rapid temperature changes and protects food and water from possible contamination. A micro-thin 79 in cable enables the user to close a refrigerator door and creates a tight seal. The minimum/maximum feature displays the highest/lowest readings for any time period. The alarm is settable in 0.1 degree increments, and sounds and displays flashes when temperatures rise above or fall below user set points.
Two probe are models available—the 1 x 2.5 in bottle or the 0.16 x 1 in stainless-steel stick. The temperature range measures -22 to 158 F, with a humidity range of 0 to 99.9% RH.
