The New York Post reported that Pfizer has chosen Tishman Speyer’s new office skyscraper, The Spiral, for its new headquarters. The paper reported that the pharmaceutical giant “has definitively made up its mind” on 800,000 square feet of space between 34th and 35th Streets in the planned Hudson Yards-area of New York City.
The newspaper cited unnamed sources. Pfizer did not immediately comment on the report.
