Fette Compacting, which provides solutions for tablet production and capsule filling in the pharmaceutical industry, is taking over its distribution partner for the United Kingdom and Ireland, EuroPharma Machinery Ltd. from the founders Geraint Llewelyn and Stuart Waterhouse.
The acquisition is part of a long-term succession plan. Geraint remains Managing Director, Stuart will continue to act as a consultant. The company in Bordon, East
Hampshire will continue operating under the existing name. The distribution partnership between EuroPharma and Bausch + Ströbel, a machinery manufacturer for bottling and packaging systems, will be continued.
