Porvair Sciences has introduced a range of cap strips that provide high integrity sealing of deep well plates (2 mL, 1 mL, and 350 μL square well) as well as its Microlute 96-well SPE/protein precipitation plates.
The caps come in strips of eight enabling the user to securely seal samples in just a selected area of a microplate. Manufactured from durable EVA polymer, the center of each cap has a thinner area enabling multichannel pipette or robotic probes to quickly and easily pierce and remove sample without generating aerosols or other sources of cross-contamination. Providing secure sample protection from -80°C to +80°C, Porvair cap strips are supplied in boxes of 300.
